Newman Road to be closed east of MSSU Monday

Newman Road will be closed between Travis Acres Rd & Duquesne Road on Monday, June 3rd.

The road will be closed beginning in the morning, weather permitting.

This closure is occurring in order for the City’s curbside tree and foliage debris removal contractor to pick up limbs and such left after the storm.

A number of trees were topped and several homes experienced roof damage in the area east of Missouri Southern State University in a recent spring storm.
