Area golfers will be chippin’ in for charity during the 32nd Annual Tournament of Miracles on June 3 at Twin Hill Golf and Country Club, a major fundraiser for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at Freeman Health System.

The 18-hole, four-person golf scramble features two shotgun starts – the first flight beginning at 8:00 am and the second flight at 1:15 pm. Both flights are full. In total, there are 42 teams participating.

Freeman is one of 170 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals found nationwide. One hundred percent of all profits raised from the golf scramble benefits local children and families in need, receiving assistance for those with medical needs such as prescriptions, medical equipment and specialty care. Funds are also raised throughout the year to support Freeman pediatricians and departments, including Freeman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Bill & Leffen Center for Autism.
