Missouri House passes bill protecting property owners from eminent domain

The Missouri House of Representatives passed a bill protecting property owners from eminent domain when it involves solar or wind power generation.

Neosho state representative Ben Baker tells Newstalk KZRG:

“What this bill does is it prohibits eminent domain for windmills that generate electricity or solar farms that convert solar energy into electricity.  And with all this green energy movement, there is a push for these types of energy generation, and I still believe that they are not very cost efficient in producing electricity.”
