Joplin attorney disbarred by state supreme court

The Missouri Supreme Court has disbarred a Joplin attorney.

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel says that there is probable cause to believe Kathleen Wolf Miller is guilty of professional misconduct and failed to timely file an answer or other response within the time required although she was properly served.

The court ruled that Miller's right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that her name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state.
