Pedestrian hit on Joplin city street; driver fully cooperative with police

Another pedestrian has been hit by a vehicle on a Joplin city street.

Sources say it happened around 6:30 p.m. Thursday near 32nd and Finley.

An adult male was taken to a local hospital. No condition report is yet available.

Sources say the man was crossing in an area without a crosswalk when he was he was hit by a White Toyota Rav-4.

The driver stopped and fully cooperated with police.

The Joplin Police Major Crash Team is investigating.
