Afton Oklahoma man dead after two-vehicle accident

A man from northeast Oklahoma has died after a two-vehicle accident in McDonald County Tuesday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 47-year-old Irvin W. Roach, of Afton, was traveling north on Highway 43, near Southwest City, when an SUV crossed the center line and hit his car head on.

Roach was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 21-year-old woman from Carthage that crossed the center line suffered minor injuries.
