Washburn man killed when bike collides with tractor trailer

A man from Southwest Missouri has died after a bicycle accident Wednesday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 30-year-old James Fogarty of Washburn failed to yield to a tractor trailer and was hit while riding his Schwinn bike at the intersection of Highway 37 and Highway 90 in Washburn.
Fogarty was pronounced dead at the scene.
