Girard to host public forum for Sales Tax question

The City of Girard, Kansas will be hosting a public form regarding a proposed 1/2 cent Public Safety Sales Tax that will appear on the ballot in November.

The session will provide information and allow officials to answer questions.

One session was held Thursday night.

The second session is scheduled 7 p.m. on October 26th at the Girard Civic Center at 102 N. Ozark Street in Girard.
