Two arrested by McDonald County Special Response Team

Two wanted men were taken into custody in McDonald County late last week.

The arrests came after the McDonald County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team served two warrants.

36-year-old Cory D. Rusher of Noel was arrested on Arkansas Parole Violations as well as Federal Weapons Violations.

38-year-old Dustin Shane Tygart of Noel was arrested on Vehicular Manslaughter Charges out of Delaware County Oklahoma and for Probation Violation out of Missouri.

Rusher and Tygart were booked into the McDonald County Jail.
