Today is a federal holiday.
What’s open and what’s closed on Columbus Day.
In observance of Columbus Day, there will be no mail delivery and post offices will be closed.
Federal Reserve banks and their branches will be closed today.
Most banks follow the Fed’s holiday schedule, so check your local branch if you want to know for sure.
U.S. stock markets will still be open, but bond markets will be closed. Some schools might be closed today.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says driver examination stations throughout the state are also closed.
