Road closures in Joplin as city repairs sewer

Drivers along southbound Range Line Road will experience a lane closure just south of 7^th Street on Thursday, Sept. 28, to allow City workers to make emergency sewer repairs.

Southbound travelers will need to merge into the single open lane as they near this closure. Drivers should be prepared to slow down as they approach this lane merge and use extreme caution. Work is expected to be completed by the end of the day.

The Missouri Department of Transportation is responsible for this roadway and alerted the City’s Public Works Department to a sewer manhole issue in this area. City crews are currently working to resolve this issue.
