5 Mile Avenue to close east of Baxter Springs

(KDOT) -- On Monday, July 31, the Kansas Department of Transportation plans to close 5 Mile Avenue east of Baxter Springs. During the closure a tie-in to the new alignment of U.S. 166 will be constructed. A new crossroad pipe will also be installed on the road.
