JHS Seniors to be honored at scholarship ceremony

JOPLIN, Mo. – Scholarships will be presented to the class of 2023 at a Senior Honors Night ceremony from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, at Joplin High School.

The ceremony,, which is not open to the public, will be sponsored by the Joplin Schools Foundation.

More than 130 scholarships will be awarded from Joplin Schools, the Joplin Schools Foundation, athletic and activity booster clubs, local family endowments, and community donors.

More than 90 students receiving A+ scholarships also  will be recognized.

A full list of scholarship recipients will be published following the ceremony.
