Kidnapping and murder trial being moved to Jasper County

One of the two men accused of kidnapping and killing Cassidy Rainwater in Dallas County north of Springfield last summer is having his trail moved to Jasper County.   

James Phelps trial date has not been set.   

Phelps and Timothy Norton were arrested last September after the FBI said they received photos that showed the victim in a cage.  

Seven additional pictures of Rainwater were discovered by law enforcement when searching Phelp’s phone.

Next Tuesday is when Norton is scheduled to be back in court.
