Former Carthage Mayor Mike Harris dies

Former Carthage Mayor Mike Harris has died.

Harris suffered a heart attack Sunday night.

He was a City Council member in Carthage for over a decade and was Mayor from 2010 to 2018.

There is no word yet on funeral arrangements.

Mike Harris was 77 years old.
