Search continues for two missing kayakers on Beaver Lake

The search goes on at Arkansas’s Beaver Lake for two Kansas City Missouri men who disappeared while kayaking.

Authorities says 47-year-old Charles "Chuck" Morris and his son, 20-year-old Charlie Morris, went missing Thursday afternoon.

The elder Morris is the percussionist for the St. Louis instrumental band "Lotus." His family has set up a GoFundMe account.

Deputies with the Benton County Sheriff’s office say they’ve been searching since Thursday evening.

That night, one of the kayaks were found. The other was located the next day.  Also, a coat one of the men was reportedly wearing was found.

Neither man was said to be wearing a life jacket.
