Downed powerline causes small grass fire - power outage

Traffic was down to one lane this morning between Florida and Rangeline on Newman Road because of a downed power line that caused a small grass fire.
Joplin firefighters quickly put out the blaze and Liberty Utilities had crews repairing the line.
Power was out for the area around the blaze.
The stoplight at Newman and Florida was also out.
No word on what caused the downed powerline.
