Grand Jury indicts woman for threatening to blow up courthouse, law office

You not only can get in trouble for what you do …. but also for what you say.

Last November, 42-year old Melanie Ann Mcelyea of Vinita,Oklahoma allegedly threatened to kill someone at a law office that serves the Muscogee Nation.

She left a voicemail suggesting she would blow up a courthouse and the law office, that said, “You will all be dead.”

Mcelyea was talking about the Cherokee nation Courthouse in Tahlequah. She now faces Federal Charges in the Northern District of Oklahoma.
