Man found in Weir home transferred to Cherokee County jail

What if you came home and found a person in your house that you didn't know?

That's what allegedly happened in Weir, Kansas on Monday.

Cherokee County Deputies arrested the man, identified as 30-year-old Aaron Don Span who was reportedly intoxicated.

He's being held on allegations of aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, criminal possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphenalia and driving under the influence.

Spahn was taken to the Cherokee County Jail in Girard.
