"Writers' Faire" today at Joplin Public Library

The 6th annual Joplin Writers' Faire is today from  10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Joplin Public Library at 1901 E. 20th in Joplin.

This year's event features 20+ local and regional writers, a handful of publishers, as well as representatives from The Writers Colony at Dairy Hollow in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Jill Halbach, Executive Director of the Post Library inside the Joplin Public Library says it is an all-ages, free public event.

The community is invited to take part.
