Retired Judge Dally passes

Retired Senior Judge David Dally of Carthage died Monday night.  

Retiring as a judge in the Jasper County Circuit Court in 2016, Dally had served in courtrooms for forty years.  

During his career, he also served as a Carthage City Attorney and was elected as a prosecuting attorney.

Dally is survived by a wife, 2 adult children, and grandchildren.   

He was 73.
