Carthage man killed in tractor-trailer accident

A man from Carthage was killed in a tractor-trailer accident Tuesday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 64-year-old Mark A. Tidball went off the side of Route M (Base Line Blvd), two miles south-southwest of Jasper, and overturned.

The patrol report says Tidball was ejected from his 1998 Freightliner Tractor Trailer and pronounced dead at the scene at around 1pm.
