More than 100 new jobs coming to Nevada, Missouri

Windows and doors maker Peerless Products, Inc., says it is expanding and adding jobs in Nevada, Missouri.

The company says the three-and-a-half million-dollar expansion will create 111 new jobs.

Peerless says the growth will increase the company’s production capacity at its existing Nevada facility used for warehousing, manufacturing, and research and development. 

Peerless has operated in the western Missouri city since 2019 and says it employs more than 40 people at present. 

The company is using the Missouri Works Program which is a tool that helps companies grow and retain workers by providing money through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
