Miller man killed after crash in Diamond

A 55-year-old man from Miller, Missouri, was killed in a one-vehicle accident in Diamond Thursday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened on Highway 59 when Louie L. Taylor went off the left side of the road, hit a utility pole, went airborne and then struck a storage building.

Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene.

This is Troop D's 49th fatality of the year.
