Teenage son locked in a dog cage

Child abuse and neglect charges filed against a couple from Springfield.  

Joseph and Peggy Flores are accused of putting their teenage son in a dog kennel as punishment.  

According to documents, the boy was allegedly locked in a kennel, naked, with two dogs.
