Seasonal diesel shortages in SW Missouri

Reports of diesel shortages in Southwest Missouri have been reported to Newstalk KZRG.  

According to Eric Wilmoth, the Vice President of sales for Ozark Mountain Energy based in Mt. Vernon:   “The Mt. Vernon and Springfield terminals are on very limited daily diesel allocations if not out of diesel.  I don’t think it is going to be long lasting.”   

Is it anything for consumers to worry about?  “Consumers do not need to panic.   It is short lived seasonal supply outages.”
