Grove Woman Charged with Murder

Kellie Le Crawford, 54, of Grove has been federally charged with first degree murder in Indian Country and is scheduled to stand trial June 13th.

Crawford is accused of stabbing Richard Strade, 69, to death on September 7th. Both the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service and the FBI are the investigative parties on the case.

The formal indictment and pre-trial pleadings associated with the case are currently sealed.
