The Joplin Regional Medical School Alliance (JRMSA) will present a $3 million check to KCU-Joplin’s College of Dental Medicine (CDM) at 3 p.m. this Thursday, April 28.

The gift is the first payment of JRMSA’s pledge, which was contingent upon the College of Dental Medicine receiving initial accreditation in February.

Several members of JRMSA’s fundraising committee as well as KCU leadership will be in attendance for the check presentation.

They will include Dr. Linda Niessen, KCU-Joplin College of Dental Medicine Dean and Vice Provost for Oral Health Affairs and Rudy Farber, JRMSA Fundraising Chair.
