Nude man who broke into teen’s room waives hearing

In Delaware County, Oklahoma, a man who police say broke into a teenage girl’s bedroom while not wearing clothes last hear has waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

37-year-old Cole Edwin McAllaster of Colcord is charged with first-degre burlglary, lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 and assault and batter on a police officer. McAllaster is a convicted felon.

The teen pulled a knife on McAllaster when he entered her home on May 25, 2021. She then called 911.

Deputies found what they say appeared to be hypodermic needles and other allegedly illegal items inside a pair of shorts he had been wearing.

McAllaster will be back in court on July 25th.
