FIRED! Nixa Officer after sex crimes charges filed

Fired!

That happened Tuesday to former Nixa Police Officer Cody Don Scott after the Stone County Prosecutor filed sex crimes charges against him.

According to investigators, an underage girl admitted to having sex with Scott eight times last fall.

 No court date has been announced.
