Fundraiser to help protect and preserve local cemeteries

It’s a local group called “Not Forgotten” and it works to protect and preserve old cemeteries in Crawford County, Kansas and Barton County, Missouri.

This Saturday the group will have a chili and soup feed fundraiser at the Homer Cole Senior Citizen Center.

Food will be available from 12 noon to 6 p.m. or as long as the food lasts.

The Center is located at 3003 N. Joplin Street in Pittsburg.

It will include a bake sale, crafts brochures and more – all to help preserve those local cemeteries.
