Oklahoma crash kills one and injures another Tuesday morning

One person was critically injured and another killed in a crash that took place Tuesday at 8:27 a.m.
The incident took place on Oklahoma Highway 43, about 10 miles east of Jay, OK in Delaware County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
36-year-old Noel, MO resident Dusting Tygart was transported by Air Evac to Freeman Hospital in Joplin for treatment of his injuries.
The other individual involved, 72-year-old Jay, OK resident Jonny Houck died at the scene.
More details will likely become available as the case in investigated.
