JPD and SWMO Fraternal Order of Police to host Shop with a Cop program tomorrow

The Joplin Police Department and the Southwest Missouri Fraternal Order of Police will once again work together to host the Shop With a Cop program this year.
The goal of this event is to build positive relationships between youth and officers.
101 children will take part in the event this year.
Each child will be given a $100 card that will let them purchase whatever they choose.
This year's event will take place at 7 a.m. Saturday, December 11 at Walmart, located at 1501 S. Range Line Road.
Captain William Davis of the Joplin Police Department says the JPD and SWMO Fraternal Order of Police are, "very thankful for all of the donations that are received each and every year that help make this event take place."
