Two from Lamar charged for burglary, one in custody

A woman from Lamar is in custody as police search for a man involved in an alleged burglary at a local laundromat. Read the full press release below:
On the morning of Sunday, November, 21, officers from the Lamar Police Department responded to a past tense burglary at the Lamar Laundry on E 12th St.
Officers began their investigation, identified possible suspects and with the help of The Barton County Prosecutor was able to secure a search warrant for a residence in Lamar, all within a few hours of the initial report.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Krystal D. Henry, 30, of Lamar, and Bryant M. Jensen, 33, of Lamar, were both formally charged with 2nd Degree Burglary through the Barton Co Prosecutor’s office.
Henry is in custody in lieu of a $2,500 bond. A warrant has been issued for Jensen.
