Car hits house in Joplin Tuesday night

You can drive through a drug store or a car wash but you CAN’T drive through a house.

A Joplin Police spokesman tells NewsTalk KZRG a car went through a fence and hit the back of an unoccupied house at 1417 West 20th in Joplin.

The accident happened a little after 10 o'clock Tuesday night.

There is a possibility a medical issue could have prompted the collision. One woman was taken to a local hospital.

Her injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
