Two people reported dead in Joplin
Story developing: JPD continues to investigate
Joplin Police were called to the 1300 block of South Massachusetts in the city around 5:30 Saturday evening.
A spokesman for the Joplin Police Department says a woman was found dead inside a residence there.
A second person, identified as an adult male, was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
He is reported to have died at a local hospital.
The investigation continues by the Joplin Police Department.
