Search continues for missing girls in northeast Oklahoma

In northeast Oklahoma, the search continued late last week and over the weekend for Ashley Freeman and Lauria Bible

They are the two teens who disappeared over two decades ago after Freeman's parents were murdered near Welch.

The most recent digging went on in the area of a reported old cellar in Picher where K-9s recently had shown interest.

Nearly every major suspect in the case is dead with the exception of Ronnie Dean Busick who pleaded guilty to being an accessory to first-degree murder in the deaths of Danny and Kathy Freeman in 1999.

No trace of the girls was found. The search continues.
