Missouri Governor Mike Parson announces appointment of new Circuit Judge

Today, Missouri Governor Mike Parson announced the appointment of Jerri Zhang as Circuit Judge for Division 3 of the 16th Judicial Circuit, according to a news release from the Governor's Office.

She will fill the vacancy created by the retiring of Judge David M. Byrn.

Ms. Zhang currently occupies a Probate Commissioner position in the 16th Judicial Circuit. She received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia; she also received a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
