Missouri US Senator Roy Blunt had some choice words for President Biden's approach to the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan.
Calling in a "catastrophe", Blunt said in news release that the United States could have maintained a smaller presence in the area and provided stability to the nation.
Blunt says the priority now should be protecting those who stood by the side of America by getting them to safety.
He concludes by saying if we fail to provide safety for our Afghan allies, it "will be something our country regrets for a long time."
