Galena man killed in motorcycle accident

A 20-year-old man from Galena, Kansas, was killed after a motorcycle accident that happened Thursday afternoon in Galena.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says that Theodore Lane III was southbound on State Line Road, just north of the 21st street intersection, when he left the roadway, hit a telephone pole and was ejected from the motorcycle.

The crash report says he was wearing a helmet.
