KS flags to fly at half-staff for Memorial Day

KS flags to fly at half-staff for Memorial Day

Kansas Governor Laura Kelly has directed that flags are to be flown at half-staff for Memorial Day.  Governor Kelly gave the order today through an executive order.

The order is in effect from sunup through noon Monday, May 31st.
