Earthquake rattles northwestern Oklahoma town

SHATTUCK, Okla. (AP) - An earthquake measured at a preliminary magnitude of 4.5 has rattled a small northwestern Oklahoma town but apparently caused no injuries or significant damage.
The U.S. Geological Survey reports the quake struck about 1:25 p.m. Tuesday near Shattuck, about 145 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.
Shattuck City Manager Sam Hamilton said people fled businesses along the main street of the town of nearly 1,500 population, but no injuries or damage are reported.
