Governor Parson is holding a press conference Monday afternoon to announce his pick to fill a Missouri Supreme Court judge vacancy.

On Friday, the Appellate Judicial Commission submitted a panel of three candidates to the governor. The commission recommended Donald E. Burrell, Jr., William M. Corrigan, and Robin Ransom.

Burrell is a Missouri Court of Appeals judge in the southern district. Corrigan is a circuit judge in the 21st circuit of STL County. Ransom is a Missouri Court of Appeals judge in the eastern district.

A press release from Governor Parson's office says the press conference will be at the state Capitol in Jefferson City at 4:30 p.m. The announcement will also be live streamed on the governor's Facebook page.
