Man involved in shooting now wanted by the Stone County Office

The Stone County Sheriff’s Office is now seeking a man identified as the suspect in a shooting that occurred Saturday, February 13 at a Shell Knob residence on 3117 W Hwy H, according to newly released information.

Authorities and EMS met with the shooting victim at Missouri Highway 39 and Highway H. The victim, an adult male, had an apparent gunshot wound to the neck.

After an investigation into the shooting, it was determined the suspect was 35-year-old Springfield, Missouri resident Anthony Sandridge.

The victim is expected to survive.
