Cannabis dispensary celebrates opening Tuesday.

Saturday was opening day for the first cannabis dispensary in Carthage. This was celebrated Tuesday at the Carthage Chamber of Commerce.

This is the second dispensary to be opened in Missouri by Blue Sage Cannabis Co. The company’s first dispensary opened in Lebanon only a week and a half ago.
