Oklahoma woman who threatened school shooting gets probation

(AP) – A 19-year-old woman from Oklahoma charged with threatening a mass school shooting has pleaded no contest to a reduced charge of outraging public decency. Court records show Alexis Dawn Wilson of McAlester entered the plea Friday and was sentenced to one year of probation as part of a plea agreement. Wilson was arrested in September 2019 and charged with terrorism after a co-worker told investigators that Wilson said she wanted to shoot 400 people at McAlester High School. Wilson’s attorney did not immediately return a phone call for comment. No shooting took place.
