Multi-tractor trailer crash kills one in Oklahoma

A man from Neosho was killed after a Monday afternoon crash, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The crash involved three tractor-trailers that occurred at 2:30 PM 12 miles west of Watonga in Blaine County.
Vehicle 1 was a 2013 Peterbilt driven by 29-year-old Neosho resident Sean Bush was pronounced dead at the scene.
Vehicle 2 was a 2017 Peterbilt driven by 58-year-old Cheyenne, Wyoming resident Gerald Ostrowiecki was not injured.
Vehicle 3 was a 2007 Kenworth driven by 62-year-old Garden City, Kansas resident Robert Palacio suffered serious injuries and was air evacuated to OU Medical Center in OKC.
A fundraiser has been set up for Sean Bush, who leaves behind three daughters and a fiance.
