Woman found beaten in apartments Monday night.

Just after 8:30 PM Monday evening, Joplin Police were dispatched to the Zahn Apartment Building at 320 North Wall regarding a disturbance.

Officers found an unresponsive female who had been brutally beaten.

METS ambulance was at the scene and rushed the victim to a hospital.

A suspect is in custody.
