Motorcyclist injured in Springfield accident dies

Motorcyclist injured in Springfield accident dies

A motorcycle rider from Republic who was injured in crash in Springfield on November 6th has died.

20-year-old Sean Carter lost control of his motorcycle last Friday at the U.S. 65-Chestnut Expressway intersection and landed on a concrete barrier on the highway.

The cause of the accident is still not known.

Anyone with information is being asked to call Springfield Police or Crime Stoppers at 417-869-TIPS.
