New Life for baseball in Joplin

In a story we told you about earlier this week, Parkwood Tournament LLC wants to lease and manage four city stadiums.  The vote failed at Monday’s Joplin City Council meeting.  Now the Joplin Sports Authority will discuss the proposal at a meeting on Wednesday, October 28th at 2 pm.   The meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn and Suites.

Social distancing will be used for those attending and masks should be worn.

A closed session will be held to discuss personnel after the open portion of the meeting.
